Nah I wasn't feeling Her. I didn't like how he talked to that voice the whole time in Golden. Tron Cat and Nightmare were ok now that I relistened to them.

i agree. if he would have done that disclaimer bs on Bastard I probably wouldn't have listened to anymore OF stuff since that was my main intro to them.

He just shouldn't have said that shit if he didn't think people wouldn't know he wasn't serious. I would have said it in an interview or in the liner notes or something. That's kind of like a magician saying "none of this stuff is real" before his act haha. We know it's not real but we want to fantasize while we're watching the show and he ruined that.

Meh. If it was a joke it kind of ruined that song/the impact of the album after that. If he did it with like the disclaimer voice they do before extreme sports blooper shows and shit I'd get it but I think he was serious and tried to play it off like he wasn't.

Goblin just felt too cleaned up to me compared to Bastard but not cleaned up enough to make it different. It was alright to me.

Let it be... he doesn't want people to really do what the hook says. His fans have stronger emotional attachment to his lyrics than he does. You could debate if the disclaimer was necessary all day, but people taking the disclaimer to heart shows it was needed.

And of course he tries to play it off, he didn't think it would be that serious...so he had to act like it wasn't that serious....but it really was....

i remember someone posted a review comparing the disclaimer to if rick ross had a disclaimer on one of his songs. that would put me off, but tyler is so personal that i can tolerate it, even if i think you shouldn't have to justify any kinda art.
