It's stupid that the cover was banned in the US if that's the case. Why is it banned? The "nudity" in it isn't any worse than all the paintings/sculptures/etc. of naked men/women in museums throughout the country. Plus, other album covers have been way worse.

If it really is banned, it's just cause it's Kanye, not because it's offensive.

lol...man...as Barkley would say... that cover is turrible, well...i thought he was joking but i guess its the real deal huh?...i always pictured an album cover capturing the essence of the music/tone or whatever.

if he still wanted to go through with it he could always slip a blank piece of paper over it and sell it that way, this way when it is bought by the customer you still get it that way

but in all honesty he should Def revamp the whole album art concept

i wonder how much he paid to have that done? def not worth the price...
