As of October 19th (twitter.com/kanyewest/status/27843609415), Kanye was still working on this song, and wasn't close to finished.
This version was going around for 3 weeks, and Kanye clearly stated less than 2 weeks ago he was still working on it, that's not too say it may not be similar, but it's definitely not the mastered, finished version.
