The whole fact that Hip hop is always viewed as a competition has gotten extremely old to me. People are always comparing one guy's flow to the next, and shit. Other genres arent nearly as immature as what hip hop has come to. Rappers are always the ones who overemphasize leaks, and singles, and whenever theres a group of rappers featured on a track, it's always "Ahhh so and so's verse was hawt garbage braaa"
I love hip hop, dont get me wrong, but I grew out of following it too deeply because shit is getting annoying.
Just make music.
Wiz/Big Sean/Cudi are all already boring, they'll be dead by 2012. Spitta/Smoke DZA/Stalley/Big Krit/Jay Elec will keep on doing them but theyre probably just going to stay where they are.
