I think Culdesac and EP are his two best works then Camp. All the stuff before Culdesac aren't really worth the download(maybe the I am just a rapper mixtapes). He's getting better though. When does this drop?

yeah but Camp is more real. i mean didnt glover denounce all his previous works saying he was gimmicky when he made them and Camp was the only thing he really was himself on?


Camp is definitely the most real but I'll say he didn't flex his lyrical prowess as much on that record and worked more on the musical side, I still liked it overall. I think Culdesac might be my favorite record so far just because it was a mix of both, but I still fuck with just about everything he puts out.

These are actually from Royalty, somebody compiled a live version of his performances from a few weeks ago when he performed these new songs, but they sound dope in CDQ.

I think his main downfall is his unoriginality. I like his music, and his live shows are great, but subject matter wise, and voice wise, he is completely unoriginal. It's gonna be hard for him to break into the mainstream with his rapping style.

But like others have said, he IS getting better. It's not a case where he has digressed/sold out as he got more popular, his really old stuff was garbage/joke shit, his stuff right before culdesac was mediocre, culdesac was good, EP was great, and Camp was great too, much more polished and professional than anything else he'd released

people keep saying this shit like musicians aren't supposed to get better, anyone who respects their craft should and will be constantly trying to improve. either way, fuck it, i've always fucked with him and will continue to.
