do you write your drums or record them by hand. to me they sound robotic. other than that your stuff is cool for that experimental genre. just brush up on some music theory if you already havent

If you wanna keep writing them without adding a groove you should pull a Young L replacing the average sound found in that position with a new one. It does wonders if you are a person who likes to pencil in your beats. I do it all the time unless the song is purely hip hop then I will you a pre-existing loop or add a groove.

So with that who's uses Reason and is looking forward to the Rack Extensions? I use Reason and Recycle, been using it for about a year and a half now and i've been fucking loving it.

I am looking forward to it only if they get iZotope Ozone to work on there. Been using Reason for about 2.5 years. BTW I absolutely hate the workflow of Recycle. Reason I don't fcuk with sampling on Reason.

^ really? I find it to be pretty straight forward and simple. I don't get too heavy into fucking with the sample in Recycle, I tend to tweak it in Reason and end up only using Recycle to chop.

I'm super pumped about rack extensions although I have to say I haven't really figured out exactly what's coming. I've been using Reason for 4 years now and I love it, don't see myself switching up.

I started music with Ableton. Recycle never added up to me using another program to get audio. I use to rewire Ableton and Reason before (even though I had record) because I suck using any other mastering tools other than ozone.

This is aight, some variety would be nice. It's pretty bare bones, but the production is decent. Maybe turn that bass down a little bit...it takes up way too much of the mix.

This is dope, maybe a little bit more atmosphere would do the trick. And switch up the percussion a little bit, it gets stale after a while..it's a fucking great idea and executed well.
