Dude can't dress but makes good music, not gonna lie this is actually a really good album, well produced with great featured artists and half more uptempo songs then just his traditional slower R&B songs.

I dunno why everytime chris puts out a song or an album I expect it to be slow and straight r&b. this kid goes out the box and i love it. I listened to it last night and didnt like it but I downloaded it today and it's crack. This kid has 3 solid albums behind his name, he's doin his thing. He still has to catch up to Trey Songz, he's been doin it consistently since Chris has been out.

Fav song(s): Lucky Me - Fallin Down
Least fav. song(s): Take My Time (definitely liked take you down more)

Overall, good album!!

Despite his woman beating, he's put together a decent album. For some reason the album art for his LPs is always suspect.

most critics rated this album 1/5-2/5. Do you guys think this is because of Rihanna?

i never seen allmusic.com go in on an artist

"Both “Falling Down” and the sarcastically titled “Lucky Me” could lead a onetime sympathizer to fantasize about pulling a Chris Brown on Chris Brown. In these songs, Brown is exceptionally insufferable, conveying that his unimaginable wealth and social privileges are no consolation for being put through the ringer. “Even though I’m so damaged, I gotta pick myself up and perform for the crowd” is capped with “You don’t even know how hard it is, do you?” He also lets his listeners know that he has had to do photo shoots when he has not felt like smiling, and that he has “given up everything in exchange for being alone.” Maybe his supporters should be considerate and assist in putting the young man out of his misery. If they stop purchasing his recordings, concert tickets, and merchandise, the evil entertainment industry, all media outlets, and predatorial heartbreakers will lose interest and loosen their grip on him."
