That's true but they both boosted each other's fame and credibility. Drama became a bigger name for the tapes he did with Wayne and vice versa.

I wonder what the context of the suit is tho? I doubt its just Drama using Wayne shit without permission cause if that was so Empire wouldve been sued, as Wayne has even publicly dissed them. Its gotta be some dispute over money or some fucked up shit going on behind the scenes. Whether they both helped each others career or not, there is still sucj thing as getting jerked...ask Diddy.

True. But Wayne took Drama from no-name to a big name known for ONLY his Wayne tapes. Drama took Wayne from mediocre ex-hot boy to poster boy of hip hop.

Wayne definitely made out best in that deal.

That may be true, but that's partly cause of the way Hip Hop is structured. The MC is always put in the forefront, more so then the DJ. If a mixtape series is a hit then it's the MC that always makes out better, with the DJ getting some shine.
