Help with Clarks Desert Boots Sizing Please?

My feet length is 9 and a quarter inches, or 24 CM.
Small i know for a guy. but what size will fit me for the boots?


I heard many people said to go down by 1 size. But my sizes differ on different brands.
Size 8 on mizuno and size 7 on Reef sandals

Clarks desert boots are a great look, but the sizing is tricky. Have you checked the size guide on their site? From what you have said, I would definitely go a size down--order a men's 7 like the Reefs. A good rule of thumb is the country of the brand--European brands are more consistant. US brands tend to run big...kinda like everything else in the US. lol

Frankly, i'm at a lost.

I asked on Clarks' facebook page which they replied that i should get a size 8.

While a review from Amazon states that a size 8  is:
Exterior Sole length from heel to toe: 11 4/8 in
Interior Sole length from heel to toe: 10 6/8 in

isn't 10 6/8 insole too big for my feet which is 9 2/8?

You can try going TTS but with a thin insole that you can buy from Target. Did this to my pair and it fits really nice.

I say size down 1. I worked at a Clarks retail for a seasonal job. 

They'll feel really tight and even might pinch and hurt, but after you break them in they'll feel just right. 

I've gone TTS and they stretched out to the point where I was close to walking out of them.

Hey man I acually work for clarks and would recommend going half/full size down. I own multiple desert boots and got a 10.5 when i usually wear an 11. If theres a store near you go and try them on if not order them, clarks has some of the best customer service out there tbh so you will have no problem returning.

i went a half size down on my first pair of clarks, big mistake. 

Go full 1 size down and you won't be sorry.

I'd go a full size down. They run pretty big. I usually wear an 11.5 and 10.5 was good for me
