I went true to size on the leather Purcells and they fit perfectly. There is padding on the tongue and around the collar though, I don't know if every pair is like that.

I wear a 9 in regular Chucks and I went with a 10 in my Purcells to get the right fit.

If you're narrow foot, I'd go down 1/2.
If you're average/wide, I'd stay TTS (might be a tad long though)

I typically wear an 8 in most shoes: Vans (GR, Vault, and Syndicate), all Nike SBs, and adidas (Busenitz). However, for CONS like the CTS I'll go down to a 7.

When I picked up the UNDFTD Jack Purcells from last summer, I ended up getting a 7.5. I tried on the 8 and the width was good, but it felt like I was wearing clown shoes since Purcell's run long and narrow.

In my experience the Jack Purcell comes up a good half size bigger
