I'm trying to cop a pair for Christmas, I've found pairs on ebay in the desired range but they won't be there when I have the money. I'll keep watch on ssense, barney's, etc.

you are going to need to get a 42. 43 would probably be too big for you if you wear a 9.5-10. Your best bet would be Sufu, Styleforum or Stylezeitgeist though
