Native Fitzsimmons in many colors/sizes for $33 (+$7 shipping) at Hautelook.

I had the black/ninja green pair. They are made of a very light weight plastic.
The soles didn't feel like they would hold up that well.
The pros are that it's very light weight, and the sock liner is very warm.
I also love the look, but I just needed something sturdier.
