shoes for long, narrow feet

I have size 13, skinny, flat feet. My heels slip out of almost every pair of shoes I try on. When I size down, the heel doesn't slip but then my toes are getting crushed. I wear Jordans and this random pair of loafer type shoes to work. I really need something else, as I have returned no less than 8 pairs of shoes to zappos this year and kept none. If any of you have similar feet please post shoes that work for you.
