^ can't really compare free runs to lunarglides 1:1 like that dude.
it's like comparing soccer cleats and football cleats. different things dude.

just for reference, like the free run 2s, I had to size up .5 for lunarglides 3.
tts was too narrow for me.

lunarglides are more technical and "serious" running shoes.
free runs are good gym/treadmill shoes though.

up to you. i have moderate arc, and slight over pronation.
thats why i run in lunarglides, for it's stability and support.
i have my free runs as chill shoes.

how much do you plan on running per week.
if you're only running like 8> mi and only in the gym, then fr2 will definitely be enough.

i'm not that serious of a runner, but i want to make sure i get the best shoe for that price range. i do it just so i can get my cardio. i do HIIT on the treadmill 2-3/week for 20 minutes.

since it's a one-of-a-kind design, it does take about 4 weeks. 3 - 3.5 if you're lucky.

exchanged my lunarglide 3 for free run 3. as much as i wanted to keep the lunars, they were just too narrow for my feet.

they make your calves sore because so much less supportive and make you run on your forefoot putting stress on the calf like youre not used to

^what

I don't know why you're talking about free run 3s on a 2's thread. Though the 2's are great, i've ran in them for probably 30-40 miles already and they're still comfortable as if they were new, no problems with soreness.

free run 2's are designed to strengthen your calves... the shoe is designed to be as if you were running barefoot that's why they don't have too much support. Most people complain they hurt after a while because they run a great distance and others who say they are comfortable usually don't run too much. From experience with the free run +2s I personally like them for a decent run and/or a long walk, but other than that I would also choose lunarglides, eclipse, swifts +3s or even Air pegasus. Also, I don't have wide feet so the free run +2s fit true to size for me.

Interested in AirMax

Don't run in free's, there's no support and they'll fuck your feet up if try to take up some serious running in them, especially if you're just at a beginners level. Free's are cool just to use an everyday shoe though.

If you're going to actually going to try and take up running then go with a real running shoe like asics, brooks, or new balance.

If you have a pair of Nike Free shoes, you can run freely and well. In 2013, Nike Company produces new running shoes of Nike Free Run+3, Nike Free 4.0 and Nike Free 3.0 V4. The release of these shoes is held in an art garden of Sanlitun in Beijing.
