I was just about to ask about Vibrams.
I read somewhere that some people broke their foot running in them. Are they hard to get used to? How should one go about sizing on them?

I wear Adidas weightlifting shoes because I do a lot of barbell exercises (Press, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Squats), and they provide a solid foundation. I don't want anything with a squishy sole when I'm lifting.
