Shoe color matching etiquitte?

Hey everyone! New to Hypebeast and I'm wondering what you guys do when you wear colorful shoes in terms of matching. I generally don't get too crazy with fashion - most of my clothes are white, gray, black, blue, red, just basic colors - but recently I found a pair of Diesels that I really liked and ended up buying. The problem is I don't have much of anything that really matches them. What rules do you guys have regarding matching shoes to other parts of your outfit?

Mostly red with some black and some yellow. I know they're not the absolute weirdest out there but generally my wardrobe is pretty conservative as previously mentioned.

I respectfully disagree, I think this look is overdone and makes you look tryhard.

I have a pair of purple shoes and usually wear it with something plain like all black or just one other purple thing.

I honestly hate matching outfits. If I wear a shoe based off a color,I usually stick to black/white tee with color accents. Try not to wear an all red shoe with an all red shirt. I think that looks way too tacky. For example, if you wear an all red shoe, wear a white tee with small red graphics.

^ well said...keep it subtle but still matching.

LTB: Sz 9.5/10 Matte Silver/Royal SB Dunk, Nike SB KOSTON 1's or 2's, Roshe Run or FREE RUN 2's, Sz 9/9.5 - Janoski's

you got to tastefully match. you dont want to over due that color, unless its white/black, in my opinion.

as far as the colors you said, if you dont have anything to match with it just rock a white/black tee. some nice jeans and a watch or something.

I like colors of all shades of the rainbow, cool.

Matching similar shades works best I think. Trying to match color for color looks bad

This new layout is a disappointment
