I work as a vet technician and I am on my feet 8 hrs per day. My feet hurt probably bc I wear inexpensive dickies clogs. Is anyone in a similar situation that has found an exceptionally comfortable kind of shoe?

or something similiar with flywire.... considering your a vet tech you may want something you can wipe off and not be vulnerable to holding odors.

I've found that putting in Dr. Scholl's inserts instantly makes almost any shoe extremely comfortable.

As far as comfort without the inserts, the most comfortable pair I own is probably my 2003 Nike Wildwood ACG in brown/orange, or my Reebok BB6600 high tops.

Air Yeezys are really comfy - well padded. Usually, the comfiest are skate shoes...

Nike Frees work the minor muscles in your foot so in turn make it much more sore.
If u want to go work out with them to strengthen ur foot so you can last longer at work then that's ok but i wouldnt recommend doing an 8 hour shift with frees.

Go try Vomeros, Motos, or Air Max 2011s.

And if you have pronation problems, you can try structure triax or lunarglides/eclipse.

Free is all about mimicking barefoot pressure points, and I've done 8-hour shifts with my 5.0's, absolutely no pain. And walking--no matter what footwear you have on--works foot muscles anyway, so what's the difference

Get the Nike Air Max 90 in the new cool grey colorway. IMO the only good colorway I've seen.
