-Nothing extravagant
-$100 or so
-Easy to find no orders from exclusive sites( you get what i mean)

I was recommended to buy Lunarglides, but that was from a friend who is a sneakerhead and bought them because of comfort.

Need opinions on good running shoes from people with experience, thankyou.

i like Nike+ cause i can track my runs/speed/distance and set goals....

examples:
Nike LunarGlide+
Nike Air Pegasus+ 26
Nike Air Max Moto+ 7
Nike Zoom Equalon+ 4

go to nike's website and read the ratings/reviews

u can also find reviews from actual runners from a ton of other sites

there are a lot of other brands that make good running shoes...i just like nike+

i need shoes for

-30-40minute jogs
-plyometrics
-and overall just gym use(weights etc.)grip stability
I just need the most efficient for $100 for an average person.

I tried the lunarglides today they were comfy, but I was hesitant because it seemed like the go to shoes for somebody who doesn't know anything about running/cross training shoes. So here I am.
I will definitely consider the other shoes.

Note: I do have wide feet

you can't really get a decent shoe for that price range, for runners you also need to know if you're neutral or if you pronate, the asics 2150 are a great shoe for pronation right now or the asics gel-cumulus, they're both around 130$ range, if you're willing to spend a little more definately get the nike zoom vomero +5 they're probably one of the best cushion shoes available.

find a friend who works at a foot locker and get yourself some asics on 50% off day. they are probably one of the more comfortable shoes i've ever worn (nimbus 12). i've been considering lunarglides, they are pretty comfortable too

i have lunar glides now and I don't really like them. I used to run in asic cloud nimbus 9 or whatever they're called. The uppers on my asics fell apart pretty fast(I think from me running in the rain a few times) but were a great stability shoe. I don't think that lunar glides would be good for cross training, they aren't really holding up that well for me from running. The foam started breaking down on them a week into them. If you're just jogging you should be fine with a pair of cross trainers.

go with asics bro, they make the best runners at all price points and comfort levels. between me and my family we have maybe a hundred pair of asics just buying the new model of our go to runners every few months.

this, there should be a running store in your town that has experts, they'll fit you with the best shoes for your feet and how you run.

I use Saucony's, light weight and really comfy. You need to find something that fits, though, or your feet will hate you.
