They do. I called on Saturday afternoon, knowing they would not be open so I left a voicemail and of course I did not get a return call from them today. I called the shop I got them from and he said if I didn't hear anything or get anywhere with Red Wings he would see what he can do about getting me a new pair. I actually called a RW retail store today and the lady was zero help, she gave me some half-wit information/advice. I'm going to call the RW office tomorrow, we'll see what happens.
