thoughts?

how'd you put the nato strap on that easy reader? I thought they all came with leather straps, or did you cut the leather strap off?

Damn, thats a grail watch for a lot of rolex heads. I'm probably going to start working again next year. If I don't blow my money away on new camera lenses, I most likely will try to get a Sub in black 40mm for sure. I just wish they would consider 42mm. I love the size on my Steinhart Ocean-1 GMT.

If you don't like loud ticking noises, get a mechanical movement watch. They have a hacking second hand; which means no tick-tock-tick-tock.

Honestly, for everyone who is trying to get a watch under $100, there isn't much. I'd never buy a watch for that low, but if I had to, I'd probably get nothing other than a Timex. I personally wouldn't buy a watch under $300. Usually any watch with a swiss mechanical movement won't go for less than $300.

between $300 to $600, i would get a seiko, the nicer seikos are usually the japanese domestic market ones..
i own a seiko sumo myself and it's probably the better watches in that range.
