I'm in a shoe pickle right now. The only wearable pairs I have are:

Puma Suede (fucked up beaters; the suede's all ruined)
Nike Tennis Low (olive green - loud color = not good)

So what I'm asking is: What shoes do you recommend that go with any and every fit and look good?

I wear slacks, khakis, and corduroys almost everyday. It's rare to see me rocking denim except for events.

As much as I want Visvim, I have to settle for less (are there any other brands that have Visvim-like shoes? ). My budget right now is only $100~$120.

What do you suggest? I've seen fit pics with these Chukka Lows, and they look nice:

i think it'd depend more on the color of w/e pants. i mean, if your khakis and cords were, well, khaki in color, then i don't know about those chima fergusons.
if i were you i'd go with some coke white vans authentics. yes, all white smile

about those lows, i went to get those back in like.. november, but they didnt have my size, so now i've been after the syndicate quilted chukkas instead: www.vanssyndicate.com/images/004/chukka/chukka-crossstitch-khaki.jpg (image is huge, so no IMG) i know duce. has a pair of those.

You can't go wrong with chukcs or vans. And getting black or white will ensure that they will match with everything. Just supporting what has been said before. heh.

I honestly want to cop a pair of Wallabees, but it's hard to find any cheap prices (each goes for 130-140 average).

Or maybe Clark's Desert Boots.

I tried on a pair of Suede Desert Boots from GAP. Shit was so comfy and on sale for $30 on their site.

But when I went to the store, nigggaas tried to play me and said it was $100 and that they didn't know about any sale.

They had one left in my size too. It looked perfect with my Uniqlos and slacks.

IMO, I would say go for All black or Black/White shoes, such as Chukka Lows, those are nice and would def. go with almost everything.

I currently wear these.. The Hundreds Johnson Mids

Go with everything and are super comfortable. I don't regret getting them, but you can get a great pair of Vans Chukka Lows for around half the price.

So today, I was walking around the Financial District, and there was a huge shoe sale, +50% off all shoes.

I saw some Wallabees for $30-40. I felt the material, and it felt all worn-in. They had my size and everything.

Does anybody know how to tell if Wallabees are fake? Inside the shoe was a label that said Clarks Wallabees, but I'm not sure if that means it's legit.
