yea all orders are being approved the fastest they've been all year with the holidays...which means faster points for reps!

Is anyone else getting fucked with by the KL website? I'm trying to add stuff to my cart and either it refreshes the page, or it makes me log in again (despite already doing so). I've tried using Chrome and IE too but it's still not working, in fact I can't even login with IE.

hey how come gift certificates from the rep program don't work in the gift certificate box? also i have a gift certificate that still has 38 dollars in it but it keeps saying the code is not valid. whats up with that?

I gotta disable my java blocker more, apparently it was screwing with KL. Are $10 off codes not stackable with promo codes or something? I tried a code from a customer feedback survey in both, the gift code and promo code boxes and it failed both times.

the only thing that can be used in the gift certificate/store credit box (and can be multiple codes) are gift certificates that were purchased and store credit from a return. Rep gift codes go in the promo code box, along with any coupon codes/discount codes from new email, surveys, the free gift cards that come with a purchased one, etc, and rep codes go in the rep code box. If you have the right type of codes, you can have one in each box.

oh that explains it. but what about my old gift certificate that i got from rep program? i redeemed the points months ago, maybe a year and there is still 38 of it left. I tried putting it in the promo and the gift certificate box and it said it was not valid. maybe you can help me out dennis

i think they expire after a certain amount of time, might want to get ahold of Live Support and see what they can tell you.

damn karmaloop. bought boots which were on sale...returned them while I was in Canada...
paid $40+ to return them...just to find out sale items are only eligible for store credit. WTF!!!

So instead of getting $148+ back...I'm stuck. weak.
