Ive never heard of a Blood set throwing up made up gang signs. They usually throw a variation of the the B. Any true blood set will not throw up a sign that looks similar to another gang sign (ie: Latin Kings & folk nation). Seriously. Sounds like 201 is a Poser set. Let them go to any prison in NY/NJ throwing that shit up and see what happens.

Anyway. It IS the dipset hand sign. An alternative meaning would be East Side..but thats not the foundation of it. Just another corny marketing ploy by the set.Suburban kids eat this shit up. mock gang signs, "movements", sound effects, swag, and other things used to just sell more records.
