I emailed this store, twice this month, to
inquire about the Udftd 'Le Tour' cap, and
have yet to receive a reply.

Is this a legit online store?

as much as I love Ubiq their customer service is TERRIBLE. I've e-mailed many times with questions and have never received replies. It's a shame cause Ubiq is a sick store but the staff is usually outside smoking or skateboarding. I feel your pain man, but yes, they are very legit, nice and knowledgeable people when you can get a hold of them.

you should try and check your email on a daily
