Okay as far as it comes to jeans I know shit. I have a pair of Evisu Puma jeans and I love em :D but don't really know where these rank as far as being good jeans? I've posted on here before and I've heard mixed feelings about Evisu jeans D:

What are some brand of jeans perferably denim that are good? :D

the evisu pumas are alright....

denim quality isnt the best...but def. better than some, and the washes are pretty nice too...

the cut/fit of the jeans are awesome though...imo...

before you get into the whole denim thing...you should really think about it...because you dont want to spend hundreds of dollars on a pair of jeans you will regret in the future...

i would start off buying something thats cheap but at the same time quality...the obvious choice would be APC...i think APC is probably one of the greatest denim brands as far as price and quality goes...

nudies is also pretty popular and has quality denim pieces...i just dont like the fact that only a few of their models are selvedge...and alot of their cuts are either too slim for me or too bootlegged or wide for my taste (but thats just personal preference...)

levis premium also has some "cheap" pairs that are quality...

if you got the money though...def. look into brands like sugarcane, etc... any levis repro brand from japan...stuff like that..

True, but I bought myself a pair of nudies & got them tailored (as I have to do with all of my jeans), i'd personally go for Nudie all day, everyday & get them tailored.

I've got a fantastic pair of levi's 506s & they weren't to expensive.

G-Star are another brand I rock too.

But i'd say forget the name of the jean, go for a certain type of denim. Personally I like raw denim & buy jeans that are that.[/FONT]

You know I've found that Gap denim, of all things, isn't that bad especially for the price. On I guess more fashionable stuff I would say PRPS is pretty good. If you like bigger cut then LRG has some decent denim as well.

thats just being ignorant...jeans dont have to be selvedge for them to be considered "high quality", etc...

nudies is a perfect example...alot of their models arent selvedge but the quality is amazing and equal to some selvedge denim brands...

but the puma x evisus arent that great quality anyways...so =/

r
If the bulk of apc's collections weren't done in sweatshops, id totally agree that they offer a very singular level of price to design, but bein as that's not the case, I vote N&F to start. Then sugar cane or momotaro. Look up nordic denim house or call
BiG for recommendations.

Levis definitely. GStar, PRPS also make some solid product.
Basically, you have to pay for good denim.

chances are, that the quality would be mediocre. usually, the highest quality denim come from companies that specialize in making jeans.
