tight jeans have been allover my city and country for the past 4+ years.
when cheap monday came to my city a lot of people started wearing them, because they are so cheap.
People wear Acne Jeans + Tiger of Sweden too.

Nike kicks has only started to catch up now, laugh. My city sucks clothing wise which is why i buy everything online or when im out of town.

some people have even begun to talk about a mysterious brand called BAPE. people tend to ask me where it can be bought even though i never owned a bape item

being within 15 miles of NJ skateshop both I and II there is a damn lot of nice sb's in our school, and all the black kids wear spizikes, aquas, retro 8's all the new gr dunk releases...a lot of good shit kicks wise

clothing is another issue
american eagle jeans with shirts from pac sun and hollister is about as far as it goes
skaters probably dress the best- a lot of raw jeans, and just shit from skate shops

Anway, in my suburb of Chicao the big thing is Abercrobie and that prep shit. I know like 2 other kids in my school that wear LRG. And they don't rock it as much as I do. No one wears Crooks or Supreme or Diamond or Stussy or anything like that.

wat in the great name of fashion happen to there outfitts.. is that pants or shorts??????

ed hardy (i still dont know why), express stripped dressshirts, Tr and RR jeans, colorful ass shoes, hoodies with all over crap, just all around trash styles which dont make sense considering how large the city is.

edit that picture above is what the kids dress like here and most of it aint real

LOL at Corkscrewed. I live in Bmore(not from here though). A city with so much potential but people here have no style. The Dope Boy fresh theme is all they know. Its got to be loud and big, or emblazoned(sp) with a logo so you know what their wearing. I tell all my homeboys out here, if you want to know what supposed to be hot in Bmore, just check the so-called exclusive section of Nordstroms, thats what they on. You get no points for subtlety out here. True Religion, alot of fugazi true religion, ed hardy, christian audiger, and grown men just starting to wear aeropostale, american eagle, abercrombie and fitch, and hollister. The rest of the world started wearing this stuff in middle and high school. The kids and the grown men dress exactly alike, more like the grown men are trying to dress like the kids, its humorous.

Bmore is wack! anything with skulls and wings, 5-8 wallet chains (not attached to any wallet though), Nike boots, wack ass Ed Hardy, and the Jamaica or Superman Fapes (get yours for $60 or 2 for $80 at Patapsco Flea Market!).

Hahaha, yeah dude, I actually live in laurel but that shit is OD all over columbia/laurel

Here in Jerz you see a wiiide variety of styles. I mean everything.

We still got the hood kids who rock the Girbaud shorts/jeans/ghetto capri's, tall tees and oversized new eras..fake jordans and nike outlet kicks are the standard with these kids

When I was in high school all of the preppy, lacrosse player type "north side" rich white kids rocked abercrombie, pre-torn hats, hollister, khakis and they still do.

Most of the girls rock whatevers "hot" at the moment like any other girl. Occasionally a chick will have a good sense of style and be original, an i like that shit.

I have yet to see many people in my town who i would label as a "hypebeast", although I heard there are a bunch at the high school nowadays. I also dropped my brother off at the high school this morning and i saw like 5 kids rockin SB's which was interesting, but i guess SBs are crazy popular nowadays and now with the internet, everyones up on them.

and then u got people like me and my boys. Always with a variety of fresh kicks and a crisp new era. Still rock a little "streetwear" but I'm gettin grown so I'm moving away from that for the most part. Will still rock some Alife, Supreme, Mighty healthy, Acapulco Gold. But mostly Polo and Lacoste shirts and some tasteful denim. I don't think I'll ever stop rockin sneakers and fitteds tho.

I guess the fashion around here in jersey is so varied cuz theres a big variety of people here. Love jersey son

Damn man in back im cali DMV cats would be lovin it up here. I was in Sacramento Arden Fair mall a few weeks ago they had NIKE BOOTS on clearance for about $30!!!! I remember I copped me a pair over at Pentagon City, Nike boots was hittin for around $150. But Cali street wear i guess its alright at least where im at. Personally I like 10 Deep, and have liked them for quite a while, to me it just seems that their designs have conveyed that edgy Brooklyn/Lower East Side feel.

I mainly see kids wearing A&F and Hollister and those cali-kid brands or wiggers wearing stupid looking hats and hoodies from Athletes World. There's more stylish girls than guys, and then once you go to the Bohemian part of town there's BUTTLOADS of well dressed people which is good. There's a street downtown that has a lot of well dressed people too (my favourite shop is on that street). No one at my school wears anything other than shit you can find at the mall tbh, except for one of my friends.

This is sad...when I look at the drastic change in the way my cousins in hs dress now. You described them perfectly, but the thing about Bmore is no matter what is consider popular or the in thing, there is gonna be a large group of people who refuse to dress that way.
