I'm looking for a good way to keep my New Eras and other hats on display in my room but still be able to grab them whenever I wanna wear them.

I don't need something to hold ALL of my hats, but only about 20 or so. I wanted to know if any of you guys know of any products that are available or if you have any good tips for making something on your own.

I used to have that New Era hat hanging set with that rope and those clips that keep a hat in place, but that shit fucked up the hats and they seemed to get real dusty if left on there too long.

Any suggestions?

Thats kinda why i hesitated to use the word "display". I agree with you. I'm not trying to show them off, but I want to keep them out in the open. I obviously don't have a shelf where i can keep twenty hats at a time, so i need something else. And I don't wanna put them in a closet with mad other shit and risk them getting fucked up.

Just use the cap racks and New Era Cap Carriers.
I use the 36 rack and 5 New Era cap Carriers and a Lids Cap carrier to store fitteds. Of course the ones you want to display/show/wear with ease then you would place them on the cap racks. Keep in mind, I am unsure if this happens only to me or not, but the cap racks that say you can keep 3 in a slot is much more difficult to do it. So I only keep 2 for each slot which means I am only left with 24 slots.

I use a cap rack here as well. Stick it in my closet so very little dust and light get at them.

I keep them open on a shelf. I don't like the crease marks from having the fitteds folded.

Watch out when using hooks to hang your caps, after long periods of time it distorts the shape and weakens the material.
