Most of the people here will hate this brand, but I've always stood beside them, buy a shirt or two from every season. Plus, he has maintained to always keep his shirts cheap, they're $16 each, printed on AA so they're quite affordable. They're more on the rock than the hip hop spectrum though, these are my favorites from the past few seasons.
