I'm a fan of carabiners and misc key accessories, but too much stuff makes you sound like a damn janitor when you walk around. I think just keep a minimal of your favorite stuff with your keys. Info on Pharrell's carabiner in OP's pic and other cool accessories besides Marc Jacobs carabiner..
