The guys at Knickerbocker Mfg. are trying to get their company off the ground but need some extra money to be able to do the whole manufacturing process in-house. They made a kickstarter campaign but are halted at about halfway to their goal right now. You guys can help them get there though. Their company will certainly be very helpful for those of you looking to manufacture your own hats.

Quiet Life Bermuda bucket hats are on Turntable Lab for $36, with orders over $99 having free shipping. I have bought from them multiple times and it is always very legit and fairly quick shipping.

Well that's what I'm saying. Is there a certain way, or is it just plain risk

just plain risk, they're not meant to be shrunk and depending on the fabric it may do nothing.

You can iron the brim and then the wrinkles in the top will work they're way out as you wear it.
