You need a piece of fabric that about 1.5" x25"-30"isn, long rectangle..really depends on how wide the jacket. Some eyelets to put on each end of the fabric, can buy that shit at any fabric store. Then you sew it around the waist on the inside, you can look at jackets online with them to figure out placement. Then get a long piece wire, fold the tip like 3 times, attach a shoe lace, in one eyelet, out the other, then buy a couple cordlocks, which are also found at the fabric store. Now you have a slimmer fitting jacket.
