Help with Carhartt WIP Sizing

Anyone own any Carhartt WIP items?
Looking for info on Tees, Pants and button ups ETC.
I assume the tees are TTS? Any help is appreicated thanks!
Also, please dont link me to the "sizing chart" seen it. Want to know of personal experience. thanks

I got a Large button down. It fits shorter than most large button downs in both the body and sleeves.
Didn't need to size up, but i'll have to be careful washing it or else I'll just have it hemmed to a short sleeve
