Help me finding a new warm winterjacket

September 23, 2012 @ 12:00:14
Hello
I'm looking for a new warm nice winterjacket. I have a Canada Goose, but now it's time to get something new, because the Canada Goose where I live, is what all the thugs wear. I don't want old people looking out for me just because i wear caps and nikes/jordans with my jacket! It gets pretty chilly in the winter here in Denmark(-20 if we're really unlucky) I hope you can help me finding something real nice and warm. blushing

If you were considering the price of a CG, you might as well go TNF or Arc'teryx.

Thanks for your reply, but i am not really into TNF. I've never heard of Arc'teryx before, but it doesn't seem like their winterjackets has dropped yet, on their website. Are they any warm? because the ones on the website looks pretty thin. blushing

Depends on the jacket/shell. Like TNF, they are meant to be worn with layers, although I think they offer hybrids that can work overtop whatever you're wearing on their own. If you don't like TNF though, you probably won't like Arc'teryx, they're rather similar in both appearance and function.

Thanks I guess I gotta keep looking then. Because I had a few layers beneath my Canada Goose Chilliwack last winter, to keep myself warm. I've just noticed last winter here in Denmark that we're all wearing the same jackets(Canada Goose, The North Face) and I was wondering if there were any brands besides those, who makes just as good quality jackets. blushing

Try Chevignon, kinda similar to Canada Goose
