i know both of these rolls. the first one (beginner roll) gets too puffy at the desired length

^ Does the second roll not work for you? I use it and I get nice clean rolls. Maybe your shirt sleeves are bit too baggy.

its just puffy and doeosnt lay flat and snug... there's a lot of wiggle room. i think my shirts are to baggy like benchwarmer mentioned.

how much would it cost to get a dress shirt that i own fully tailored for a better fit?
