haha my waist is like 28-29 and to my knowledge supreme chinos are vanity sized and the lowest size is 30 (actualyl 32)

J.Crew chinos, if you manage to find an outlet store over one of their retail stores in a mall, you'll be able to grab a pair for 30 bucks top, really great quality. H&M has really nice chinos too for about the same price.
