Collar Streched. Need Help On How To Make It Back To Normal

Got a few tees (black scale, diamond supply, crooks and castles) that has a collar strected. My diamond supply one i got the treasure tee the collar came big as well as my black scales. Need help on how to make all the collars go back to being tight

dip the collar portions in a pot of boiling water for 10-20 seconds, then let them dry. Never tried, but rationale says it should work.

Just wash them inside out, and put it in the dryer.

probably a little bit, but not much since they're good quality tshirts. Just make sure the heats on low and unless the shirts skin tight u should be fine
