Hey Above Royalty, I'll see you at Venue in June!Appreciate the opinion. As mentioned, we have been designing but not releasing because we have been wanting to release them when the time came for the trade show. The founder of trade show himself got to see our line sheets that we have been preparing and he was blown away. Predicting that Above Royalty will be one of the more successful brands at the show when it comes to collecting orders. We continuously work long hours everyday carrying good faith that his prediction results in our favor.Although I can understand where you are coming from, your brand still has limited creativity and uniqueness. Your graphics are the same repeated thing we've seen for the past 15 year. People want uniqueness and creativity. Your brand overall seems already established and is doing fantastic things, but your graphics are what is lacking - your designs are lacking, your creativity - lacking. If you want to survive in the long run in streetwear you're going to need to make yourselves more unique.
There's plenty we got. We've been branding our logo and company name since 2010. Our strategy is working tremendously. Above Royalty is recognized up and down the California coast from San Diego up to San Francisco. As well as states in the mid-west and the east coast. We've got plenty of designs in our vault that we have been milking for our exhibition at Venue Trade Show taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center June 28, 2013. Our snapbacks and beanies are in production through our partners at Mitchell & Ness. Also, we are producing wallets and crew socks as well. Above Royalty Clothing sponsors our own skate team with riders who skate for Powell Peralta and other brands too. Above Royalty is appearing throughout the hip hop industry with some big name producers & artists. Above Royalty also works with two non-profits. One, a skate contest called Bridge to Skate that is held monthly in South Central LA for under privileged kids of all ages and skill level. The second is a charity event music fundraiser for youth who struggle addiction problems towards alcohol and drugs. This will be taking place June 2nd, 2013 at the Avalon Club in Hollywood, CA.
You see anyone and everyone these days think they can suddenly put vectors or images on a t-shirt and call themselves a brand. You have to become established, develop a reputation, and create a substance for which people will admire and will be drawn to. Everyone in life has their own path, their own journey, and their own vision. Which is great once you discover that. We have done so and that is the road we are pursuing. Take a look at our online shop to read a bit more about our contributions to the community and information regarding our exhibition coming up at Venue Trade Show. Thanks.
