Any tips on longer shirts? I'm tall and have a slim upper body and don't like sizing up to make sure shirts are long enough. Something that's 29 inches top-bottom?

American Apparel 50/50 tees are pretty long. Not sure the exact measurements, but as long as you don't put them in the dryer, they're fine.

I normally go to Hanes for my staple white tees although I might have to check out Kirklands as so many of you rave about their tees! ;-)

Might seem out of the way but AS Colour (Aus/NZ) do killer tees.
Good fit / quality, although admittedly a mission to get if you're in US.
Uniqlo / H&M etc don't stack up for me, too boxy.
The white tees look like crap after two wears.
