Urban and American Apparel always has cheap basic raglans.
I bought two of em for 7 bucks each. Pretty good deal imo.

Preferably ones that actually have 3/4 sleeves that stop before the wrists.

kind of broad reference... but Mitchell & Ness has these really dope double knit or mesh baseball pull overs jersey with raglan sleeves... official shit. I have some in size M and the fit is great.

american apparel is one of my favorite brands but their raglans are too thin imo. my girl bought me some raglan/henley from a brand called on the byas which i think is from pacsun for my birthday and i actually like them alot more.
