Search around google for them. You can buy these in wholesale. For those custom tags, you'll have to find a cut&sew manufacturer or tag manufactuer and have them sewn on manually, unless the service can do it for you.
Search around for hours guys. I found a manufacturer that I now use that makes the same ones for Dertbag, Only NY, Award Tour etc. They are out there, search, don't just come on here by default.
