How did you do the bill of the hat?

This is a camp i made a few weeks ago for a friends birthday, but I didn’t have any pictures until now.
The quality on this one is very good imo, all stitchings are perfect. The fabric is very thin but it breaks in very nice and the cap is very comfortable. Fabric came from an old shirt (thrift store). Bill is brown suede with pineapple fabric. Tell me what you think, opinions are appreciated.

Damn, dude. You have such amazing talents. I wish I could do this shit but i cant sew for crap man! Great Job!!!

Struggling to find a 5 panel that fits. The majority I try on just don't contour to a round head. I am left with bunches/points of material on the left and right at the top of the front panel looking all sloppy and boxy. Is this expected with 5 Panels? Tried supreme, stussy and a few others--same thing. Does it only take a certain head or being in odd future to pull these off ? Maybe material matters too.... I own a madras Staple 5-panel from last season and it fits perfectly. It also is somewhat shallow so fits tight which helps. Any suggestions brands whit a better fit re the above I should check out?

I'm pissed off cause camps look fucking terrible on my head. I'll stick to snapbacks. I hate having a small ass head and sorta long hair.

@solpendavis I'm a 7 5/8 and most 5 panels/camp caps fit me well. If Supreme dosen't work I'm not even sure what brand to suggest. They probably have some of the best fitting hats out of any company on the market.

We just released this on our website. We have about 20 left. I'll try and get some more photos of what it looks like on. Fit's pretty good on my 7 1/2 sized head.

I'm pretty sure your head aint that big if your 7 1/2, I wear a 7 5/8 and 5 panels look fine the only place I don't recommend is rip n dip cuz they make those hella small. But quiet life, Huf, supreme, skulls and The decades. I have all those brands in 5 panels and they fit fine and i have a huge ass dome

All the advice is appreciated I think I just need to shoot for small shallow fits....so the ones that you can't wear would be a good look for me...just hate that excess material above panel if that makes sense, and that is all I am finding, just want a smooth regular cap fit that is rounded out...thanks again and let me know if there are other brands to check

Why buy it if you don't like wearing cats on your head?
