I'm assuming the $28 you are seeing is for regular international or US express rate. Our first class International rates run about $10 and our regular US rate should be around $5. Double check you selected the right shipping method.
I was about to say, you ain't gonna sell much with those shipping prices. $28 from somewhere that probably would take me $3 of gas to get too.
