Which ones are the best in your opinion? Outside of uniqlo, what other ones are out there? Looking for decently priced ones with a wide range of solid colors.
How are jcrew ones? Rugby? Ll bean? Lands end? Other suggestions?

jcrew no doubt, the factory store and the reg. site has them on sale on the regular.
Honestly my fav oxfords are GitmanVintage (great fit, nice patterns and amazing quality) and N&F (heavy weight, sturdy, great price, nice colors). I've tried other brands but those are my personal favorites.
From your list, Rugby is good for its prices, I have some of them and they hold decent but cheap feeling compared to other brands.

Brooks Brothers makes great oxfords from supima cotton. There's a sale( ends tomorrow) where you can get them 3 for 150.
Personally, J.Crew & American Apparel are both solid choices.
Supreme oxfords have a pretty nice fit

I was about to make this same thread, I've been looking for some good short sleeve oxfords though
Short sleeve, check out Saturday's x Jcrew oxfords. You can't find them in store anymore it appears but they are sold online at the Saturdays shop.
For long sleeve, Rugby is nice and cheap, however they're not the greatest fit. BB has a better fit, quality is decent, not a fan of the little logo they have on the front.
