uh... i'm just going to leave this here....

SR copied that from supreme, like a lot of his designs. theres nothing wrong with taking inspiration.

that wu-tang is ugly however, should've been bigger. I like his other shit from IG so far.

Outsider - looking at the shit you were putting out under AD , I think this is a step backwards. The 80'a trash/metal vibe you had going was better imo.

Nash - respect and good luck bro.

Whats up with all these shitty designs
There's a lot of shitty people who are dicks. Remember everyone here is new into the design phase of their brand. Sheesh, such a hard crowd to please. The ones who are the most consistent are the ones who are crucified the most.

Secret Castle - your older stuff sucked and now it's gotten better.
Messer - even though you claim 10 deep stole your design (which they didn't) I still like the concept of it and think you should go ahead. Brands copy and steal all the time or make things very similar
Outsider- you had mad love when you were al dente and now there is mad HATE... not sure who you pissed off. your stuff is still more than wearable.
Superrradical - good job... use those connects and hype friends on IG to your advantage
Desperotica - cool stuff
Divided Minds - I like yours too

Everyone else needs work... plain and simple. No need for negative comments.

Are we really helping these brands by calling them out and trying to make them feel like shit? Good feedback is what this thread was probably made for. A lot of you who comment the most hate aren't really contributing to the future of streetwear. You guys are just hiding behind a computer and trying to be a cyber bully, you probably get bullied the most.

Dude no need to get all sentimental and shit. I for the most part try to help as much possible, but sometimes all you can do is "thumb the design down" as a simpler, maybe even nicer way. As far as comments, other than "I like your shit", what else do you have to say?

the front makes perfect sense, its a drug reference, your connect is your dealer, or in the clothing/shoes industry its someone who gets you deals, it a dope shirt overall, your best work

Honestly haven't liked most of the stuff you've posted so far however I see potential in this so I'll give you some crit that I think could strengthen the design.

One, the front graphic is probably the best part however I would make it smaller and have the arms extend longer, in addition, I think your logo needs to be much smaller, almost so that it is not very noticeable. I think this would better allow for the the image and correlated saying to do the work of the shirt rather than the brand name. I do like its placement though. As far as the text, I like where you're going however it sounds a bit forced and rigid in my opinion. If I were you I would try "SHOUTOUT MY CONNECT THOUGH" "SHOUTOUT MY CONNECT THO" "SHOUTOUT MY CONNECT DOE". I think any of those would allow for a more loose and potentially effortless cool look.

Just my two cents.

On this design I got 3 ups and 2 downs. Now if anybody who thumb it down, can you give me some feedback as to why? I'm trying to put out solid shit and any help is appreciated.

I'm planning on making the graphic smaller and maybe using a different color combo.

I personally didn't rate this but the design is good. I'm just going to insist that you change the font of your brand name it looks really blocky.

Edit: At the same time the font isn't bad, it is just going to depend on your audience. This seems like it would appeal to a more punk audience.

Something about the font or the box it is in just looks off.
Oct 15, 2013 @ 12:23
Messer - thanks for the feedback. That logo is not actually a logo for the brand. The brand is called "TRAPJAW", that was just the name of the design. So maybe change that around so it's more a part of it?

We are based in Montreal.

SANS/COEUR is in french and it means 'heartless' (without/heart).

We play with the idea of contrast in every aspect of the brand.

check-out our video lookbook and tell me what you think

we got 3 t-shirts :

front and back : Truth Seekers

ABSENS HAERES NON ERIT which is Latin for "Absence does not make the heart grow fonder". Painting is the "Fruit Seller" by Vincenzo Campi.
