self explanatory, universoul exploratory.
i posted in this thread a few weeks ago, a few of the designs were still at its most basic stage, but as always, everything is and should be a work in progress. enjoy
Son, let me give you a piece of advice:
I can see you have some great design pieces that are individually very powerful. BUT, as a collection, or even in terms of branding coherence, the overall group of shirts is without a bonding identity.
Shirts 1, 3 and 5 surely look like they were made with a concept and clear direction. The colours are running fine and they share this geometrical feel with a lot of taste. GO FOR IT, your designer is nailing this style well.
Shirts 6 and 7 have a cartoon vibe that looks very cheap and lack originality. If you make a quick search at amazon.com, any funny words you throw will give you lots of similar shirts - nice but not fashionable - and with a generic feel, that is the complete OPPOSITE direction of shirts 1, 3 and 5. This may lead your audience to confusion and limit your potential.
Shirt 8 is very hardcore-band designed, would go nice in a Black Dahlia Murder gig.
Shirts 2 and 4 don't do your other designs justice. To me, they scream "Vector_Pack.ai".
I can easily tell that you will go further concentrating in the first style - 1,3 and 5. Defining a concept where you can do well will be very important for the other extentions of your branding identity, like tags, stickers, website and photo direction.
Wish you all the best.
