yeah, kinda surprised none of you heard of Threadbird. Merchspin is also good too

defs, but they seem a little slow on the quote responses. i hate when companies wont give you prices and make you email for a quote,i understand why this do this and it is smart, and then they take days to reply!

Dang. I've been lookin' for some sweats like that.
I think you should sell some sweats without the text though, or at least with subtler text. I'd buy those if it wasn't for that.

Damn they got your ass for money too haha.

http://threadbird.com/apparel/crew_neck_t-shirts/genders/unisex_mens#American Apparel+2001

3 color - $7.90 a shirt when buying more than 100. not set up fees.

I'd like a cut blushing

This is even better. Now I can make some real money.

I didn't realize how little research half of you did. Threadbird was my first place to order... And you think that is cheap haha. Just wait until you put time into looking at options and not waiting until someone on here just hands you info.

I've done plenty of research and I'm still not even there. I never did research for screen printers because I have that part figured out and want to deal with a place local to me because it allows me to have better quality control and contact with the company. I tended to research more the individual tees that I am looking for because that was the area that i could save the most money. At least I don't come on here just asking for information and I contribute more to the 'community' than most.

Whatever you do you should always have back up plans. Get everything sorted out for you business, then take a week and start over with finding people but dont use the same factories/stores/printers etc.

Never base your business model off of another business. If they have and issue and cant print your order you should have a number to call and replace the order.

Honestly I really dislike these brands that try to glorify how rich they. It just seems like you are trying to say you are better than the middle class and poor people. Overall the idea doesn't do anything for society except worsen it and stretch the gap between rich and poor Plus, none of your stuff is that impressive; all you are doing is following the passing trend. Plus, your website was hard to figure out. Plus, you should have something better than a basic bigcartel account if you are charging that much scrilla.

I'm not rich but that's the goal. Make people feel good.Everything is handmade. Most people that have a small line use bigcartel is simple and easy.

I think, as far as art direction goes, it seems a bit outdated. It seems like a good amount of work was put into it, but the products aren't really doing it for me. The price points are a bit high - since you are just starting I would gradually bring the price higher. The logo and typeface could definitely do some reworking, that brings down your brand a lot. Take more time into branding the brand. A knight? You could be more original.

The theme sort of reminds me of Billionaire Boys Club. Expensive products with the rich person theme. The "Made for Rich People" is pretty funny but douchy, hahahaha. But I would take more time in branding it and studying your target market and designing it.

Thats just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the good advise. It's hard when you have to do everything yourself. Working with a $1000 budget.

Wow you really want people to know that you hand sew on a single tag on each shirt lol...
Its also an annoying website to navigate, and if you're charging $50 a tee, at least get your own domain name for big cartel. Show me you tried, then maybe you have a slight chance at me paying top dollar for a shirt and not just because you hand sewed the tags on.

Agreed. Glorifying money like that just spells immaturity. You'll realize one day that money doesn't buy you happiness. Partly because you wont get any from this brand. Get a better concept.

Thats enough hate for now.

look into independent printers.. they tend to charge a lot cheaper and are a lot easier to deal with. also there is usually no turn around time. pm me and I may give out a resource

this.

i like that you put a lot of work into it, but the name doesn't match your clothing theme.

and try to use better typefaces than the ones built into windows..it comes off a little amateurish. and don't use futura, it's overdone. try from sites like dafont, fontsquirrel, or fontspace
