no idea what the third picture is I'd probably ditch it because it doesn't do anything except make me rub my eyes cause i feel like i'm squinting when i look at it. also can't read what is on the sweatshirt for shit. zoom in so someone can read it or i'd say give a better product shot

I actually made it a point to shoot in sunlight. Natural light looks great to me (excuse to spend time in the park too!). I can promise the green is not quite nearly so bright.

Its not horrible but it could certainly be improved. I'd say use a different font and edit the picture a little bit.

pretty solid design. Personally I wouldn't even post that publically until printed for risk of copy cats.
I have the same problem as you with cleaning up the lines on illustrator after you auto trace a deign.
If you are picky like me play with the connecting lines but if you not just add color.
