Appreciate feedback.nice presentation, but what is your logo? Looks like a rat with a crown, I would also get rid of the 2013 year print, makes brands look cheesy when they print the year

I guess maybe I didn't word what I was saying well enough. I understand what you were going for but I think you just missed the mark and didn't quite capture the essence what you were trying to with the candid shots (IMO). I feel where you're coming from though and at least you can take constructive criticism with a grain of salt unlike half the people on here the get butt sore instantly. keep grindin G.Photos from our Recent Broken Bank Winter/Spring 2013 Collection Look BookI think some of the photos look cheesy to be honest. The one with the bunny ears is a poor attempt at being funny. Also I think the females used for models could have been better (not bashing just trying to be honest). The quality of the pics aren't bad but I don't care much for the actual presentation of them.
The photos used were not purely for
"just seeing the brand"
I used candid pictures of people having fun in the clothes, posing and just
being natural. I don't like looking at photos of people being serious all the
time. That gets boring. So I used the photos I enjoyed and thought represented
the personality of the people wearing them.
No poses were instructed. Everything was created in the moment
As far as models. I'm not one of those people who will really solely on using
only sexy people.
If I don't like a brand it doesn't matter how cute the girl is. Natural look is
better in my honest opinion
but I appreciate the feedbackPhotos from our Recent Broken Bank Winter/Spring 2013 Collection Look Bookhaving band-aids for the elbow patches on the letterman is kinda cool, but really childish at the same time.
also, what's up with all the unprofessional subdomains? You've got an actual domain, don't use a .wordpress.com blog. Use subdomains or some shit, so it's blog.brokenbankclothing.com. And, about Wordpress, I'd use Tumblr instead, for the sheer exposure it offers. But, that's me, not you, so whatever.
Sometimes the market needs something childish and fun and creative. It hasn't been done, so why not...
I thought it flowed with the logo and was a nice winter touch to the jacket.
I use tumblr as well but it's not the really "blog" viewing material.
Still working on my sudomains though.

Appreciate it man, that actually means a lot. I'm also going to take your suggestion into consideration, already have some ideas now for a short video. Thanks for the input man! We also shot an organic dyeing video that is going to be released soon.Few updates..Best of luck with your brand, you've certainly set yourself up for success with this.
Inside leather patches
These are our backpack handles before they are sewn on. 100% natural double-layered leather so its extremely sturdy! There are no logo prints anywhere on the bags except the handle where IISE is hand stamped.
Behind the scenes production shot! All of our bags are handmade in a small workshop in Seoul by people who have been in the industry for over 30 years.
Detailed shot of our straps before they are connected to our M2 & Daypack models. We love the ash black color and how textured and random the patterns are for each and every strap.
Another behind the scenes shot from our lookbook shoot. Traditional Korean architecture is so inspirational. The details you can find on the roofs, doors, and walls are all amazing.
Army of IISE daypacks ready to take over.
Production is now officially finished, few more days to our release!
Support us by liking our Facebook Page!
I'd suggest a video review kind of thing for each bag, just you opening it up and explaining all the pockets and shit. I'm not big on the backpack game, but this'd make me more likely to buy.

Personally, your lookbook just screamed corny. Do something different next time instead of a bunch of people wearing the same thing standing next to each other smiling like a family portrait behind the big white background. Something as simple as eating at your favorite restaurant or just playing xbox with your friends would look a million times iller than what you did. Just doing everyday shit that hopefully your supporters can relate to. Shit shoot it at a carnival having fun, since that's what you said you were trying to do.

mattnicholasrv -- checked out your tumblr page and I would personally not buy the hoodies but if you are selling locally and getting some recognition, good for you. Is the new stuff you are working on more visually appealing? Thanks for the feedback. Yeah they are. Some different designs and fonts, as well as colors.

nothing alike. Just outlandish hate for no reason. From what I can see the
owner is very successful and making big moves.

Ok...thought my question would have have been answered with applied common sense.I don't want to be an ass and all - but you need to find out yourself.
Let me rephrase my question; Where do you guys prefer to print your clothing and how much does it cost at the preferred places?

Personality Its What fits you brand looking to hear soem feedback. Been reading everyones knowledge and has inspired me to create this thus far, This is my newest collection called Cerebrum. The designs are pretty good (I personally like the blue and gray one the most), I to, use a cartoon-ish style. What bothers me is that the photos hinder and block the attention the print needs, so my personal advice is to take photos in which the design is fully visible and remains the main subject, so folks have a clear visual on your art. This doesn't mean that you should not be creative with your shots (fitting location, expression etc), but a centered photo with the art clearly visible does the trick!
Much love for feedback!

I haven't had time to post on this thread. I have updates on my instagram - ALDENTE1985didn't ask, lol
For everyone here, what would you guys consider to be a solid first-timer "collection"? I'm still in the designing/source stage but wanted to know what you guys thought. I'm hoping to be ready for a spring/summer soft/local drop and I'm finalizing 4 tees, 2 tanks and 1(maybe 2) custom 5 panels plus accessories. If those move okay, then my plan is to push for a larger fall/winter project. In my personal opinion that is too much. I would start with the tees and tanks and nothing else. I think it would be better for you to have too little product in the first round so that people are excited to see what you bring out in following collections, that way you create some demand; don't bring all your guns blazing first round. I also think natural progression is important. Most everyone starts out with tees and I think thats great because you have nowhere to go except up whereas if you came out with a full headwear, accessories and cut and sew line, you have little room to go except for numbers and not too much to debut further down the line.

This. I'd scale it back, but throw in some buttons and/or stickers(if you have to choose, sticker before button). That way, people who are fucking with you, but don't want to drop that much money on a shirt can buy a little something cheap. For everyone here, what would you guys consider to be a solid first-timer "collection"? What up. Been awhile since I've posted. Our website is open for view. The brand is a platform for supporting nature in cities. Every purchase helps add nature to different cities, parks, trees, other stuff.I like the site.
