What kind of blanks and print techniques are you using? I'm really diggin' both your guys work! -h_h-

Hypebeast Fam,

The design looks good and all but shit you have 4 tags on the damn t shirt. Don't you think thats a little excessive?
2 should do you fine. Even if I liked the tee, I wouldn't buy it because there are so many tags, It would make me feel like a brand whore.

I honestly think your models devalue your brand. You have established a nice foundation with some clean designs and a good website but I think using kids makes your brand look more childish and makes it look like its just a homies brand. Mind you, I have no problem with supporting the homies who support you but I think in this scenario you should use better looking people to model your brand.

I dont see it that way even though I do understand that argument.
I dont see the kids hurting the brand integrity, it makes the shot stand out more.
That guy doing the dj impression is wack though.

A picture is worth a thousand words. And once a bad picture is taken repping the brand, it does in a way devalue the brand.

other than that the designs are clean, but you learn from mistakes. we all make mistakes. But if you feel it's dope, thats what matters. B/c only you can see your vision for your brand. successful or not.

@chadacadabra - I appreciate your feedback, we are all about branding - those are part of the design. If you watch companies that have great success, you will find repeated branding throughout their collection. Also buyers from stores have had nothing but great things to say about the branding of the line - they also come with a free chromed out keychain as well. All of the tags serve a purpose and highlight aspects of the brand, hard to see from just the pictures but your feedback is appreciated regardless.

@yanagida I kinda have to agree with @chadacadabra How do all the tags effect your cost? I feel like each one works well and looks really nice, well executed, but a little too much. The only thing is if your fans and customers are digging this it's gonna have to be something you make a staple on all of your products or at least tees. None the less overall theme is solid and flows well.

We are an upcoming streetwear brand based out of Los Angeles, California. Current sponsors include; Foxsta, Jack Mushroom, and Cashy and Skoolie300 of CBFR. We recently released our Fall/Winter 2012 Collection, which can be found at http:www.cityapproval.com/shop. Our brand takes inspiration from Japanese street culture, along with Los Angeles lifestyle. Our eventual goal is to bridge the gap between menswear and streetwear, but maintain an urban feel.

Everyone would love to bridge the gap between menswear and streetwear and are already doing it, think outside the box homie.

Otherwise, designs are looking solid

Whats ups everyone,
I haven't posted anything in this thread for a while but I wanted to spread the word about a project I'm helping out with. I'm currently working with t-shirt/clothing blog hide your arms (http://hideyourarms.com/) with hands on reviews for upcoming and established clothing brands. If you never heard of Hide Your Arms and you have your own clothing line you should definitely check it out. HYA has a pretty big following of people who actually like supporting upcoming brands. If your interested in doing a review you can PM me or email me at Andy@Bluudreams.com
ps you can check me out on the contributors page here http://hideyourarms.com/contributors/

@hkeys thanks for the feedback as well. We are actually a branding company and that is one of the themes behind the line. We plan on branding items with multiple locations in different materials because that is what we specialize in for helping other brands that we have worked with. We have been manufacturing woven labels and other branding items for years and this is our line represented. We are using both aspects of our company to cross market for each other. The branding items are a signature so to speak, may be too much for some and not for some others. Hoodies coming soon with Beanies, keep an eye out.

@thecollective Cleannnnn my man, but it is a little similar to Diamond Supply Co. I think its the that the diamond shape gives off a 3d vibe in my opinion, maybe play with it a little and you got yourself a clean logo my friend

Just opened the CRIMEBRAND shop, and there's already just a few of the One Piece-inspired Poison tees left in each size. I'm stoked to see people digging the idea, and looking forward to the next release as well.

Thanks all!
Hypebeast Fam,

I just wanted to introduce our new brand called YANAGIDA. We have been doing labels and trim for 10 years for some of the bigger street wear and skate brands and decided to come out with our own line. Check out our New Era Snapbacks and our T-shirt designs. Hoodie and Beanies are on there way. Follow us on twitter for monthly gift pack giveaways. Let us know what you think.

@kraws Your brand's got an overall well executed concept but it seems to be weak across certain areas like the motive of "bridging the gap between menswear and streetwear", I personally only see streetwear inspirations throughout your collection not really anything exciting / memorable but the products as a whole are actually well presented.

I'd like to see more from you guys in the cut n sew department or in some hand created graphics instead of just sans serif fonts.

@jakelights haha yeah mate we are getting phasing it out. The hashtag seemed cool at first but like the other guys state we learn from mistakes.

@chadacadabra @aldenteco @adriane really appreciate all your feedback. its the reason why I post on here. But to be honest we are all a family of snowboarders and skateboarders, and we wanted to show who the faces are behind the brand. These boys all shred so hard and are the reason why we are in this position we are now, if it wasn't for them, people wouldn't be buying it and we wouldn't be stocked in 2 shops already. We wanted to showcase that.
But seriously we will take all your feedback on board and learn from it in the future.

do you get fees for integrating paypal onto your e-commerce site?
is it more profitable to integrate credit card transactions?
if so, how would an independent e-commerce website go about credit card transactions?

exactly what is going on in the code for that kind of site?

IS ANYONE OUT THERE?
does anybody know anything about splaynewyork?
does anybody know who they are and how they do their work?
i need to learn this from somebody like pronto
