What shirts have you guys used?

Gildan
Hanes
Alstyle
Pro Club
Port and Company

Which one do you say has the best collar fit and doesnt give you that chalky dry feel after you wash it?

Personally prefer Alstyle, they don't shrink and stay true to size plus have a great collar. American Apparel probably has the tightest fitting collar, but only prefer those as undershirts if anything.

@hkeys I've used the alstyle 1301 which has a great collar but gets that chalky feel after washing, and then I've used the 1701 which is great after wash but the collar gets weak and loose.

Hey guys, haven't posted in a bit. I was reading and saw people looking for hat manufacturers. I have a manufacturer who just made me snapbacks that are legit for really cheap and low minimums. I don't mind sharing if you have a contact to trade. Serious inquiries only. Email me at justinsinkorswim@live.ca

Thanks guys!

Alstyle and Port and Company. With Alstyle 1301 beibg the top pick. The collar alone is a game winner over all.
Pro Club is very good to but it's more of a urban style thick T. The collar on those does not budge at all it it still stays pretty soft after washes. But of course more expensive then the others.
I have tired 2 Hanes style T. One was a 50/50 blend which was light weight, nice collar before and after wash. It actually had a pretty good feel to it. Almost comparable to American Apperal because it was a fashion fit but cheaper.
When I find the style number when I get home I'll post it

If these are custom made and not just blanks, pretty impressive.

I wish i could say they were custom made, but unfortunately they're not...not yet. Cut and sew to this extent would cost a good amount of cash and I'm not there yet.
But I can tell you that the jackets are vintage army jackets.

how did you get these done? sweet!

The shirt is an all over print, the jacket is already produced through another company.

NOTE: these are not the final products...just the starting out points. I'm adding my own customization to it and everything.

I'm really liking your progress with all this man. Although I don't do the whole 'death' on shirts deal, I respect you simplistic aesthetics and will definitely look for a way to support.

No I stuck with the Alstyle. The Hanes one would be my alternate if I didn't already start using Alstyle. It would be good for business and consumers if you already built a fane base on a particular shirt you use then switch it up.

I think it was the Hanes 5170. But I'll double check when I get home

@angry-chair Yeah, I'm trying to avoid something too pricey, it's looking like I'm going to stick with Alstyle 1701 simply because they last.

does it have pockets at the bottom or only the pouches? IF so i would say maybe keep 1 pocket on the right add some military patches with your own twist or even remove them all...depending on the outcome i would defiantly cop

Some people like screen printed tags on the inside of their shirts but I prefer woven labels. Here's our second version of our tags. Entering sweatshop mode soon for our Fall/Winter release.
